- Your Message (Submission) unique ID - this ID is system generated;
- The date and time that Your Message (Submission) was sent/submitted;
When You are logged in to Our Site you can navigate to the "My Submissions" menu item in the "User Menu" where You can: View, Download in PDF Format, Delete, Export in CSV format selected Messages (Submissions) that You have sent / submitted.
Please note that once a Message (Submission) is deleted it will be permanently and irrevocably deleted from Our Database and Server.
Disclosing Personal Information
(4.1) We may disclose Your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

6.5) In order to maintain minimal data (Data Minimalisation) any Account that has not been accessed (Logged-in to) for a period of 18 months will be deemed Obsolete.
Once deemed Obsolete, Accounts will be scheduled for deletion at any point thereafter without further notice.
