Navigation Modules

Joomla!^® Navigation modules help your website visitors move through your website and find what they need.

Menus provide your website with structure and help your visitors navigate your site.

Although all menus are based on the same menu module, the variety of ways menus are used in the sample data show how flexible this module is.

A menu can range from veryy simple to extremely complex.

Navigation Modules can be used for other types of presentation such as the 'site map' linked to from a menu.

Breadcrumbs provide users with information about where they are in a website.

You can have only one menu, or multiple menus. For example you can have one 'mainmenu' plus a 'User Menu', or you can incorporate the 'User Menu' items within a single 'mainmenu'.

A 'User Menu' typically contains links to various parts of your website that are unique to logged-in users.
